3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Bookings for our Services can be made via phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability.
3.2 Payment for our Services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
3.3 Prices for our Services are as quoted on our website or provided to you during the booking process. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but such changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us, where poossible at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or staff unavailability. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative appointment.
5. Liability
5.1 While we will take all reasonable care to ensure that our Services are carried out to a high standard, we cannot be held liable for any damage to property or belongings that occurs during the provision of our Services.
5.2 Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our breach of these terms and conditions is limited to the cost of re-supplying the Services or the cost of having the Services supplied again.
